Domestic Shipping (UK)

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Standard delivery typically takes up to 5 business days after dispatch, but may be subject to delays incurred by the individual carrier.

Where possible, our carrier of choice will be Royal Mail.

Standard UK Delivery: £4.50 or *Free* on orders over £70.00

International Shipping

Europe

Standard International Shipping: £20.00 on orders up to £49.99 or £22.50 on orders from £50.00 up to £249.99

Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 7–21 business days. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

USA / Canada

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim to process orders within two working days.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship outside of Europe and the USA/Canada. However, due to individual restrictions in place at any time, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to ship to a destination country for reasons beyond our control. We’ll contact you directly if this affects your order. A full refund will be processed.

Some products may be restricted from international delivery due to customs regulations or carrier limitations. We’ll contact you directly if this affects your order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at treasurer384thbg@gmail.com  with your order number. We will do our best to assist you promptly.
